Roll
It On! - When
you buy a stretch bracelet the best way to make it last the
longest is to roll it over your wrist rather than stretch in on
and off. This will get the longest wear out of your stretch
bracelet. Also avoid submerging your stretch bracelets in water,
this will wear the elastic down faster. Over a period of time
you stretch bracelet may need to be restrung to guarantee it's
strength so you do not loose all your beads one day.

more folic acid? Did you also know that with every minute
you smoke, a minute of your life is lost? (If you smoke,
taking Vita-E Plus, Bict-C, CarotoMax, and Formula I will lessen
the harmful effects.) For more nutritional info, or
